ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a newly qualified solicitor to join their expanding Investment and Property Management team in Liverpool. This role offers the chance to work with national multiple retailers, major landowners, and businesses in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a newly qualified solicitor in the Investment and Property Management team, you will be involved in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold business premises, commercial property management, and non-contentious landlord and tenant law. You will have the chance to work closely with a diverse client base, providing high-quality legal advice and support.
The salary for this newly qualified solicitor role is a competitive £52,000. Additionally, the firm offers an impressive benefits package including 25 days holiday (increasing to 32 days through their loyalty recognition programme) with the option to purchase an extra five days each year, an enhanced pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection insurance, and opportunities to participate in colleague committees to make a real impact in the local community.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this newly qualified solicitor role, you should have proven experience in commercial property law, particularly in the areas of freehold and leasehold business premises, commercial property management, and non-contentious landlord and tenant law. Strong communication and organisational skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team, are essential.
