A top-tier Legal 500 ranked firm is seeking a dedicated Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join their esteemed Commercial Property Department. This role offers the chance to work within a dynamic and established team, with the flexibility of being based between their Commercial and Agriculture hubs in Cheshire.
As a Construction Solicitor, you will collaborate directly with experienced Partners and Associates, contributing to the growth and reputation of the firm. You will handle a varied caseload, including professional appointments, building contracts, sub-contracts, third-party rights, collateral warranties, and advising on construction aspects of lease and development agreements. The role is designed to offer flexibility and a competitive salary, along with a range of benefits including a performance-based bonus, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and a flexible home working policy.
To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in Construction Law, with a proven track record of advising clients on complex construction projects. You must possess excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, and the ability to manage your own caseload while being a collaborative team player. Competent IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable building and maintaining client relationships and have an interest in business development and marketing.
