Our client is seeking an NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Wigan. This role is ideal for someone passionate about commercial property law and eager to advance their career in a supportive environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an NQ Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work closely with a partner, gaining hands-on experience in drafting commercial sale and purchase contracts, conditional contracts, option and development agreements. You will also handle commercial acquisitions and disposals, developer land acquisitions, plot sales, and the sales and refinancing of freehold and leasehold commercial premises. Additionally, you will advise and negotiate on commercial leases for both landlords and tenants. ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in commercial property law, whether as a trainee or newly qualified solicitor. This position is also suitable for someone looking to return to commercial property after focusing on another specialism. Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload are essential. You should be a proactive team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
