The Opportunity
The firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to join as a Personal Injury Associate / Team Leader. The role involves handling a high-quality caseload of Employers Liability, Public Liability, Occupiers Liability, and RTA claims across the Portal, Intermediate Track, and Multi-Track. Alongside this, you will play a key part in supporting and developing a small but growing team, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical casework and mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 110-130 EL/PL/OL/RTA files.
- Review cases, provide guidance, and deliver training to colleagues.
- Support the growth and development of the team, helping to shape processes and mentor new joiners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold exceptional client service standards.
- Attend monthly in-person team meetings and commit to hybrid working with two office days per week in Manchester.
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor with 6-12 years PQE.
- Strong background in Intermediate Track and Multi-Track personal injury claims.
- Experience in handling a mixed caseload of EL/PL, OL, and RTA matters.
- Supportive and approachable leader with commercial awareness.
