A leading Commercial Law firm are seeking a Private Client Paralegal for their Liverpool office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded Private Client team offering exposure to an excellent quality of work and client base.
The role:
You will be assisting a well regarded Private Client team dealing with a range of matters to include Wills and Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work, trusts, tax and estate planning as well as assisting with some residential conveyancing and family matters
Duties will include Preparation of Wills; Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs; File opening administration; Estate Administration including visiting properties; Trust Administration; Dealing with initial enquiries; File Closures.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally have previous Private Client experience and general understanding of Private Client matters.
You will be degree educated.
Strong research skills are essential.
You will be flexible to the needs of the business and able to work individually and as part of a team.
You will have excellent client care and communication skills.
Excellent IT skills as well as verbal and written skills.
