Private Client Solicitor

A progressive and successful firm in Preston are seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their team. This firm is renowned for its commitment to excellent client care and adherence to LEXCEL working practices.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a full caseload of work, including wills, probate, estate administration, powers of attorney, and court of protection. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the firm to obtain law society wills and probate accreditation. Your responsibilities will also extend to general networking and new business generation activities.

The salary for this Private Client Solicitor role is up to £45,000, dependent on experience. The benefits package includes a cashback health scheme, Perkbox, and a pension, ensuring you are well-supported both professionally and personally.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE. A commitment to excellent client care and LEXCEL working practices is essential. You should also possess strong networking skills and a proactive approach to business development.
