Based in Cheshire, a full-time position has become available for a technically proficient Private Client Solicitor. The successful individual will join a dynamic team and supportive Private Client team.

As a valued member of the team, the role entails managing a diverse caseload, including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters. The complexity of the work will challenge and enhance your legal acumen, particularly in areas such as complex trusts, succession planning, and advising on agricultural and business property relief.
The firm is searching for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years PQE, who has a comprehensive understanding of Probate and Trust administration, Wills preparation, and Inheritance Tax planning. Experience with complex estates, high net worth clients, and agricultural or business partnerships is essential. A STEP qualification is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, managing their own caseload with precision. A client-focused approach and confident communication skills are paramount in delivering the high standard of service that the firm prides itself on.
