We are seeking a Probate Litigation Solicitor who will be joining one the most highly regarded firms in the region. This is a highly successful team of 10 within the dispute resolution department that is recognised for its staff development and progression.
You will be responsible for advising clients on a broad range of probate litigation matters including including inheritance act claims, validity challenges, removal of executors, construction applications and proprietary estoppel claims.
The Head of Department is particularly keen to hear from solicitors (up to 3 years PQE) with existing probate litigation experience gained from a similarly highly rated firm. A strong academic record and demonstrable client care skills will both be looked on favourably.
The salary is up to £45,000 dependent on experience and PQE.
