Joining a successful team of 10 within the dispute resolution department of this Shrewsbury firm, you will have the chance to work on a broad range of probate litigation matters, including inheritance act claims, validity challenges, removal of executors, construction applications, and proprietary estoppel claims. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills and experience in a supportive and progressive environment.
We are particularly interested in hearing from solicitors with up to 3 years PQE and existing probate litigation experience gained from a similarly highly rated firm. A strong academic record and demonstrable client care skills will both be looked on favourably.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary in the region of £50,000 dependent on experience and PQE.
