The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of private client matters including:
Probate and estate administration.
Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Advising on trusts and tax planning.
Assisting clients with sensitive and complex family wealth issues.
The role also involves networking and business development, with opportunities to build your own profile in the local market and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Be a Solicitor with NQ-5PQE in private client/probate.
Have experience of working in a busy Probate or Private Client team.
Demonstrate excellent technical and client care skills.
Be personable, approachable, and confident in building client and community relationships.
Show ambition, enthusiasm, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
