ABOUT THE ROLE
As a key member of the Property Litigation team, you will provide first-class legal services on a variety of commercial and residential litigation matters. Clients include real estate developers, investors, landlords, and tenants. Youll be responsible for managing your own caseload (under supervision) and actively involved in building client relationships and contributing to business development.
The salary for the Property Litigation Solicitor role is competitive (up to £56,000), with additional benefits including a hybrid working model requiring a minimum of three days in the office, a supportive and inclusive work environment, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for the Property Litigation Solicitor role will have proven experience in property litigation within private practice, a strong academic background (a 2:1 degree or equivalent from a reputable university), excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills, a proactive, self-motivated approach with strong IT skills, and the ability to manage a varied workload and work well under pressure.
