As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will be part of one of the largest independent law firms in the North West.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a diverse range of property disputes, working with owner-managed enterprises, investors, developers, and individual property owners. Typical matters include commercial landlord and tenant portfolio management disputes, forfeiture and possession claims, dilapidations claims, and easement disputes. You will provide high-quality advice and strategic guidance on complex property issues.

ABOUT YOU
To excel as a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will need extensive experience in property litigation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice. You will also be expected to promote the firms property litigation services and other legal offerings to new and existing clients.
