ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a wide range of cases, including landlord and tenant disputes, recovery of arrears, forfeiture, and service charge disputes. You will also handle contentious business lease renewals, rent reviews, adverse possession, and complex issues related to the purchase and sale of development land.
