A leading law firm is searching for a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor, with approximately 1 to 5 years post-qualification experience, to become an integral part of their dynamic Real Estate Litigation team.
The successful candidate will deal with a diverse array of cases, from landlord and tenant disputes to the intricate issues surrounding the recovery of arrears, forfeiture, and service charge disputes. The role extends to handling contentious business lease renewals, rent reviews, adverse possession, and complex queries related to the purchase and sale of development land.
