ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, easements, and sale of parts. You will collaborate with housing developers and individual clients within the bustling North Wales area. Additionally, you will engage in business development activities to further enhance the firms presence.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need:
