We are assisting a nationally recognised law firm in the recruitment of an Associate level Real Estate Solicitor with between 3 and 6 years PQE.
The role is based in their Liverpool Office which houses a large Real Estate Team dealing with top quality property work.
They advise on a broad range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant; sales and purchases; property management; regeneration projects and development agreements and associated construction, planning and funding arrangements.
Clients range from major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers.
The role is varied but with an emphasis on landlord and tenant matters.
