ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate Real Estate Solicitor, you will engage in high-calibre commercial property development and investment work. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, such as negotiating contracts, managing forward funding agreements, conducting title and lease due diligence, advising on debt finance for property investments, and handling the property aspects of corporate funding arrangements. Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing asset management of acquired properties, including lettings.
