NQ Real Estate Solicitor - Liverpool

A well-established UK commercial law firm with a strong national presence is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Real Estate Solicitor into its Liverpool office.

The firm has a long-standing reputation for advising high-quality commercial clients across a range of sectors, including real estate, development, investment, retail, healthcare and the public sector. Its Liverpool real estate team is a core part of the wider national practice and is known for both the quality of its work and its supportive culture.

The role

You will join a busy and highly regarded real estate team, working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a broad mix of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

• Landlord and tenant work for both institutional and corporate clients

• Development projects and investment portfolios

• Asset management and transactional support on complex matters

As an NQ, you will be given early responsibility, direct client exposure and structured support, with plenty of opportunity to develop both technically and commercially.

The candidate

You will:

• Be newly qualified (or due to qualify shortly) as a solicitor in England and Wales

• Have completed at least one seat in commercial real estate or property

• Have a genuine interest in building a career in commercial property

• Be enthusiastic, organised and keen to take responsibility
