Join a dynamic real estate team as a NQ - 2 PQE solicitor in Leeds. This position offers the chance to work within our clients Public Sector Health team, a vibrant and dedicated group serving a broad range of clients from NHS England to independent health and social care providers.

Our client is a leading international legal business with a real estate team of 65 lawyers across multiple offices. The wider real estate department boasts 135 lawyers with specialisms in various sectors, ensuring a rich and collaborative working environment for any solicitor joining the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a real estate solicitor, you will be at the forefront of property transactions, providing commercially focused legal advice and acting as the primary contact for their clients. You will gain a deep understanding of statutory limitations and commercial drivers, particularly within the NHS, and support clients with asset management, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic advisory work.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with proven experience, including at least one seat in commercial real estate. You should possess strong academics, a minimum of a 2.1 degree, and a keen interest in the healthcare sector.
Your ability to analyse complex cases, devise commercial strategies, and maintain high-quality client service will set you apart.
