ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a dedicated 1 - 4 year PQE Real Estate Solicitor to join their new Liverpool office. As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will be part of one of the best, most respected real estate teams in the North West providing exceptional market knowledge and advice to a diverse client base.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to advise a wide range of clients, including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers, and banks/funders. This role will allow you to leverage your expertise to offer strategic and practical solutions, enhancing the firms reputation in the market. The starting salary for this Real Estate Solicitor position is from £46,000 per annum, accompanied by competitive benefits. You will also gain exceptional work experience with high levels of responsibility and client exposure.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Real Estate Solicitor, ideally with training from a leading real estate team. You must possess up to 4 years of post-qualification experience and possess a strong ability to advise and represent clients on a variety of general real estate matters. Your skills should include excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to client service.
