A leading Commercial Law firm with offices located nationwide are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team at their Liverpool office.
The Role:
You will be responsible for running your own case load of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception to conclusion. You will be dealing with matters such as freehold, leasehold, purchases, new build, remortgage, shared ownership and transfer of equity.
You will be working with a team of Paralegals and support staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have solid experience working within Residential Conveyancing and will ideally be qualified.
You will have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to work individually and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
