Residential Conveyancer

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be dealing with high-quality residential conveyancing work, including sales, purchases, and leaseholds. You will be part of a firm that prides itself on the volume of instructions that come through repeat business and recommendations. The firm offers flexibility in working hours, including flexible start times and some home working.

The salary for the Residential Conveyancer role is in the region of £40,000 to £45,000, with additional benefits such as 25 days of annual leave.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer, with a sound understanding of property law and processes. Good organisation skills are essential, along with experience using Case Management Software. It is important that you share the firms ethos of client care and relationship building.
