Our client, based in Warrington, has built a strong reputation over many years and boasts a large conveyancing department. As a Residential Comveyancer, you will be part of a dynamic team that values expertise and client satisfaction.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Comveyancer, you will handle a varied caseload that includes new build and plot purchase work, alongside standard sales and purchase transactions. You will work closely with the residential conveyancing team, which currently includes 2 fee earners and 2 legal assistants. The New Build Team manages all new build conveyancing work, with a significant portion of cases coming from referrals by regional and national house builders.
The salary for this Residential Property Fee Earner role is around £40,000, and you will benefit from on-site parking. Additional benefits include a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with proven experience in managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential.
