A well-regarded firm in Sale, are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team. The firm boasts a stellar reputation, with many of their fee earners enjoying long tenures.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a caseload of approximately 80 files, focusing on freehold work. The team is composed of 7 fee earners, 4 assistants, and 3 post-completion executives, ensuring a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm prides itself on monitoring caseloads to ensure sustainability and will reject work if fee earners reach their bandwidth.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer, whether qualified or unqualified. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload are essential. Your expertise in handling freehold transactions and your ability to build relationships with local businesses and referrals will be highly valued.
