A leading Lancashire based Conveyancing firm are recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team based at their Blackpool office.
The Role:
You will be dealing with a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters to include sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, help to buy, right to buy. You will be able to manage your own case load.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have prior experience of running a Residential Conveyancing case load
You will be well organised and have excellent time management skills.
Excellent business development skills
Case management experience
