ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will provide essential support to a Team Leader/Senior Conveyancer within the Residential Conveyancing Department. You will manage and progress a varied caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met. ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this role will need significant experience in residential conveyancing and a solid understanding of the full conveyancing process. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in conveyancing software and legal research tools will be advantageous. A team-oriented approach and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are also key.
