Our client is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Stockport. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful development of the firm in line with business plans. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will initiate, process, and complete the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work for client files. You must be competent in handling company sales and purchases, shared ownership sales and purchases, new builds, transfer of equity, adverse possession, transfer of part, and remortgages without supervision. The role also involves generating fee income, managing time recording, billing, and cash collection, and participating in business development and marketing activities.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you must have extensive experience as a fee earner in residential conveyancing. Proven experience in company sales and purchases is essential, and some commercial experience would be advantageous. You should be a team player with the ability to supervise and support colleagues, manage client interactions professionally, and maintain a network of contacts. Strong IT and telephone skills are also required.
