A highly rated and expanding Legal practice are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer to join their team based at their office in Conwy, North Wales. You will have 5 years+ PQE. The Role:
You will be running a case load of Residential Conveyancing matters to include sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, easements and sale of parts.
You will be working with housing developers and individuals within a busy North Wales area.
You will also be involved in business development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be a 5 year + PQE Solicitor/ Residential Conveyancer.
You will have excellent communication skills and have client care at the forefront of what you do.
You will be well organised, flexible and have strong time management skills.
You will be passionate about developing your career within Residential Property and your own personal reputation in the area.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is competitive depending on experience.
