A Residential Property Fee Earner (Conveyancer) is sought for an established legal practice at their Stockport office. This full-time, permanent position requires a dedicated professional to manage the full spectrum of residential property fee-earning work independently.

Our client is seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner to join their dynamic team in Stockport. The firm is committed to providing exceptional client care and maintaining high standards in quality and risk management.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Property Fee Earner, you will be responsible for initiating, processing, and completing residential property transactions. You will manage client matters accurately and reliably and will also play an active role in business development and marketing activities, contributing to the firms growth.
The salary for this role is dependent on experience and includes benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you must have proven experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal with a minimum of 3-4 years of fee-earning work. You should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be efficient, well-organised, and timely. You will be able to work effectively within a team. Proficiency in IT and telephone skills, including the use of case management systems, is also required.
