ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will efficiently handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits including hybrid working. Full and Part time will be considered.
ABOUT YOU
To excel as a Residential Property Conveyancer, you should have proven experience in residential property as a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer. Key skills include attention to detail, efficient time management, and the ability to work under pressure. You should be computer literate and capable of using a case management system. Personal qualities such as being proactive, motivated, and supportive are essential.
