An established regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team based in Manchester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer seeking a long-term role with genuine career progression in a well-regarded firm known for excellent client service.
The Role:
Youll manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Running your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Maintaining regular client communication and delivering a first-class service
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, solicitors and third parties
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Ensuring files are managed efficiently and compliantly
Requirements:
- Proven experience handling residential conveyancing files independently
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in case management systems (Proclaim experience advantageous)
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
