A well established and highly regarded multi disciplinary law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their Macclesfield office.
ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is a well-established firm seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant to join their dynamic team. As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Residential team, providing essential support to ensure the department operates efficiently.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will work closely with a Senior Fee Earner, handling a variety of tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the team. You will be responsible for dealing with clients and third parties, managing documentation, updating case management systems, and preparing necessary paperwork throughout the conveyancing process. Additionally, you will ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients and business introducers.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong administrative skills and have proven experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant in a Residential Conveyancing Department. Excellent attention to detail, a good telephone manner, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. You should be highly organised, willing to learn new skills, and able to work collaboratively within a team. Experience with case management systems will be advantageous.
