Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

A well established multi disciplinary law firm with offices across the North West are seeking a junior Residential Conveyancing fee earner to join their Residential Conveyancing team based at their Southport office.

The Role:

You will be dealing with a case load of Residential Conveyancing matters to include sales and purchases, re-mortgaging and equity release. You will have responsibility for your own small case load of matters as well as assisting the firms Partner with more complicated matters.

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have previous experience working within Residential Conveyancing and a willingness to learn and progress in this area.
Good attention to detail, able to work to deadlines and a flexible approach.
Experience with case management systems
Good IT skills

Salary and Benefits:

Salary is up to 32,000, depending on experience.
