Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Hybrid working
A well-established law firm in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy and supportive team.
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including sales, purchases, mortgages, SDLT and liaising with clients, lenders and agents. You will work closely with the Head of Department and contribute to a high-quality, client-focused service.
Requirements:
- Previous residential conveyancing experience
- Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational and communication skills
