They have a newly created role available to a qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Chartered Legal Executive to join their Residential Property Team.
The team currently consists of a Partner, 3 Solicitors, 3 Legal Assistants and secretarial support.
This is a client focused role and preference will be given to candidates that have previously worked for a full-service law firm as opposed to a bulk conveyancing firm.
The team dealing with a large number of high net worth clients and London based investors and offers a City quality service at more competitive regional rates.
This is a first rate opportunity at a proper law firm and will involve a high degree of client care and technical property advice above and beyond run of the mill conveyancing work. Good organisation skills are a must together with a sound understanding of property law and processes.
Ideal candidates would have at least 2 years worth of post qualification fee earning experience.
Starting salary upwards of £40,000.
