Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Nantwich

This is a full time position with the offer of hybrid working to ensure a healthy work/ life balance. You will be entrusted with a diverse range of responsibilities, including managing residential sale and purchase transactions, dealing with freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity, and navigating newbuild and help-to-buy processes.

The firm have state of the art case management systems to ensure a streamlined workflow, together with secretarial and administrative support. This role promises a stimulating environment where your skills in handling a varied caseload will be paramount.

Candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive, who are able to work independently and possess a client-centred ethos, are encouraged to apply. Excellent organisational skills and confident communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
