ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, country properties, re-mortgages, shared ownership, right to buy, leases, and easements. You will also share best practices and support the professional development of your colleagues. Additionally, you will participate in business development activities as required.

ABOUT YOU
My client will consider a range of PQE levels from NQ upwards for this role. You should be technically proficient with a good sense of judgement. A team player, you will have the ability to build effective relationships and be commercially aware. Highly motivated, you will manage multiple deadline-driven tasks across a range of matters. Your proactive and articulate nature will be key to delivering client service excellence.
