Residential Conveyancing Solicitor | Liverpool | Salary Negotiable (DOE)
An established regional law firm with a strong reputation for excellence is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join its growing team based in Liverpool.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property work, managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This includes:
Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
Conveyancing and land registration
Residential development, contracts, options, and rights of pre-emption
Overage and valuation of housing land
Landlord and tenant matters, licences, and possession claims
Property-related torts, boundaries, adverse possession, and co-ownership issues
Easements, restrictive covenants, mortgages, and property finance
Professional negligence and other property-related disputes
The ideal candidate:
3-5 years PQE in residential conveyancing (other experience considered)
Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail
Confident managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
