Our client, a leading name in the industry, is seeking a Solicitor to join their national residential development team. This role offers a chance to work on diverse and engaging projects within the residential sector. You will be involved in brownfield site regeneration schemes, mixed-use developments, urban extensions, and more.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Development Solicitor you will draft and negotiate contracts, manage due diligence, and provide clients with focused legal advice. You will work closely with solicitors from the Real Estate team and other disciplines, including planners, construction, corporate, tax, and property finance lawyers. The role involves direct client communication, business development, and compliance with firm protocols. The salary is competitive, with benefits that reflect the importance of this role within the team.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need a strong educational background with at least a 2:1 in a Law-related degree. You should be a qualified solicitor with proven experience in Real Estate. Strong technical skills and the ability to navigate complex issues are essential. You must adopt a commercial perspective, be highly client-focused, and possess excellent communication skills. Being team-oriented and having strong organisational skills will ensure you can handle a variety of Real Estate matters simultaneously.
