Our client, a long-established law firm, is seeking a Residential Property Fee Earner to join their esteemed team based at their Wilmslow office. Known for providing high-quality legal advice across various practice areas, this firm is dedicated to fostering a people-focused environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Residential Property Fee Earner, you will handle a diverse range of residential transactions, including straightforward sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release. You will be responsible for managing client files from start to finish, dealing with initial enquiries, and providing quotations. The role also involves working with leasehold properties, both purchasing and selling, and participating in business development activities under the direction of the Head of Department.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in residential property, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure. You will have at least 3 years PQE (CLC, Cilex or as a Solicitor). Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, as is the ability to manage and progress a caseload independently or as part of a team.
