A leading multi practice Law firm with offices across Shropshire and the West Midlands are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their Residential Property team based at their Wolverhampton office.
The Role:
You will be experienced in running a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters to include buying and selling freehold; leasehold; mortgages and remortgages; transfer of equity; new builds; auctions; shared ownership; buy to let and new builds.
You will be joining a well established team who have CQS accreditation.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally have 4 years+ PQE working within Residential Conveyancing and will be able to come in and get the ground running.
You will be well organised and have excellent time management skils.
You will be able to work well individually and within a team.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is competitive; depending on experience.
Excellent benefits to include free parking and 30 days annual leave.
