A leading Cheshire and North Wales Legal practice is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their office in North Wales.
The Role:
You will be dealing with a case load of Residential Conveyancing matters to include Sale and Purchase; Letting and renting; Property transfers; Mortgage work; Re-mortgages. You will be working in a close knit and friendly office environment and will require minimum supervision.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally have 2 years+ post qualification experience and will be comfortable running a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters.
You will be well organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is in the region of 36,000 together with benefits.
Possibility of some hybrid working.
