An established full-service law firm with strong regional roots is looking to welcome an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer due to a period of expansion.
The Role:
As part of the firms continued growth, you will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You will work directly with clients, providing clear, effective legal advice while ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. This is a role offering both autonomy and genuine support from an experienced leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have:
A background in Residential Property or Conveyancing within a reputable law firm
Around 5 or more years of post-qualification experience, although the firm is open to considering strong applicants at different levels
Confidence handling a varied caseload independently
A proactive, motivated approach with the ability to build excellent relationships with clients and colleagues
A commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving the best outcomes
