The role offers exposure to both personal and corporate insolvency matters, with plenty of scope to develop your technical expertise and commercial acumen in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a diverse caseload of corporate and personal insolvency matters
Advising on administrations, liquidations, voluntary arrangements, and bankruptcy issues
Working directly with clients to deliver high-quality, commercial advice
Building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships
Assisting with marketing, networking, and wider business development initiatives
About You
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
At least 2 years PQE in personal and/or corporate insolvency
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational ability with meticulous attention to detail
A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach
An enthusiasm for networking and contributing to the firms continued success
