A Senior Associate Real Estate Solicitor is sought for an exciting opportunity at one of the regions best law firms.
The opportunity
The role is open to Real Estate Solicitor with upwards of 6 years PQE. The role is to be based in Liverpool.
To be considered for the role, you will have experience of a real estate caseload at a recognised regional or national practice.
This is a vital piece of recruitment for the firm who have recently established a permanent presence in the Liverpool market.

The firm in question is one of the leading Real Estate practices in the North of England with an enviable list of candidates which reflect their position in the market.
Working for Partners who are considered to be leaders in their field, Senior Associates in the firm benefit from gaining exposure to a broad range of transactional real estate work including; development, acquisitions, investment and disposals for an impressively varied client base.
The details
The role would suit a 6 year plus PQE Real Estate Lawyer, but all applicants will be considered on their merits.
This is a significant role for any lawyer looked for a well-rounded real estate role. It will involve, inter alia:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate documents, including sale/purchase contracts, development agreements, agreements for lease and leases.
It will also involve helping the firms new Liverpool Office drive their Real Estate offering in tandem with other valued members of the Team.
