ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client, a leading regional law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate/Associate for their Private Client division in Telford. This firm is known for its dynamic and forward-thinking approach, blending a modern outlook with a traditional backbone. With offices across Shropshire and the Midlands they offer a range of full service disciplines from private client to corporate/commercial.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Associate/Associate in the Private Client division, you will manage a varied and complex portfolio of private client work, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, wills, estate administration, creation of trusts, and tax planning matters. You will lead and inspire a team, sharing best practices and supporting professional development. Additionally, you will engage in business development and marketing activities to promote the firms brand.
The role offers a competitive salary along with a minimum of 28 days holiday per year (plus Bank Holidays and additional days at Christmas), healthcare and life insurance provision, pension, and other perks. ABOUT YOU
You should have extensive experience in handling complex private client matters and possess excellent communication skills. Being a team player with the ability to inspire and build effective relationships is crucial. You should be highly motivated, commercially aware, and confident in engaging with others. A STEP qualification would be desirable but not essential.
