Senior Real Estate Lawyer

In this challenging environment this practice is rare in that it is actively looking to add a senior Real Estate lawyer to their already highly developed team.

The practice is looking to add a technically excellent and ambitious Real Estate lawyer to complement the existing team of Partners and solicitors; someone who is a Senior Associate or Legal Director and has at least 8 years PQE.

The work is high profile, comprising a broad caseload of landlord and tenant, development and acquisition and disposal matters and you will have excellent career development opportunities due to the current dynamic of the team.

Added to this, you will be advising on existing work directly supporting the highly regarded and well-known Real Estate Partners in the team, so rarely, it is not a pre-requisite that you have a following of portable clients.

This role will allow you to be a key member of the team and be pivotal in aiding their future and succession planning and give you a solid and stable platform for your future career.

You will already be a great communicator with strong relationship building skills and able to combine your excellent legal skills with solid commercial acumen.
