A Cheshire based law firm is recruiting for a Wills and Probate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This is a full time permanent position based at their Macclesfield office.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Solicitor/Legal Executive, you will assist the Departmental Head by managing a caseload independently and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include drafting Wills, managing estate administrations, and handling court of protection applications. You will also engage in business development and marketing activities to contribute to the departments success.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with proven experience in drafting Wills, managing estate administrations, and a good knowledge of inheritance tax. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage your workload independently are essential. Experience with a case management system, ideally Proclaim, and a commitment to maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge and compliance are also required.
