Here at Thornton Legal we’re not ones for shouting about ourselves. We’re very much heads down and get on with doing a great job sort of agency when it comes to being a recruiter for the legal industry in the UK.
However, we are extremely proud of the work that we do and the service we provide for both candidates and clients. With that in mind, we keep being told we should shout a bit more about ourselves… so maybe just this once!
It has been a fantastic year for us as an agency so far in 2025. The North West will always be our home and our heartland and we continue to excel in Liverpool and Manchester, working with numerous Legal 500 firms and with a network of incredibly talented and passionate legal professionals. Whether they are paralegals, legal assistants, NQ solicitors, highly experienced lawyers or partners, we work with the best in the business.
Our work across Yorkshire has also expanded, centralised in Leeds of course, a city we love!
But working across the whole of God’s own County and we’re keen to speak to more firms looking to hire and more candidates look to work in Yorkshire and the Humber.

But we also appreciate that to consider ourselves the best legal recruiter in the UK, we have to be working across the whole of the UK.
And that is why we are expanding across the midlands up from the North West across to the North East and and of course down into London.
We’re now working with firms across the UK and in London and as a small but dedicated legal recruiter, law employment agency, legal head hunter or whatever you want to call us, we’re very excited about the rest of 2005 and beyond.
