Role Overview
You'll handle a range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, as well as landlord and tenant work such as leases, renewals and transfers. The role involves working with a varied client base, from larger institutional clients to smaller businesses, giving exposure to different types of transactions. You'll also be encouraged to contribute to business development, building relationships locally and supporting the team's ongoing growth.
Candidate Profile
Likely to suit a commercial property solicitor around 2-5 PQE as a guide. You'll have experience handling a range of real estate transactions and be comfortable managing your own matters with appropriate support. You should be confident working with clients and interested in developing relationships and contributing to new work.
Offer and Benefits
